Fees & Registration

Saber Connections offers flexible, reliable before- and after-school care designed to meet the needs of busy families.

The fee structure is built around two convenient options: a Consistent Schedule, where families select the same mix of morning and/or afternoon care each week and are billed for their contracted days (with a built-in vacation credit matching that schedule), or a Pick Your Days option, which allows families to choose all their care days at the start of the school year or submit a monthly schedule by the 5th of the previous month.

Before/After School Hours

Before School K-5 Saber Connection (6:30AM - school start): The morning program offers a fun, balanced mix of choice time and guided activities—like arts and crafts, dramatic play, games, reading and active play. It’s designed to give children a calm, engaging start to the day while building creativity, independence and social skills.
After School K-5 Saber Connection (school ends - 6:00PM): The afternoon program blends enrichment and choice-based activities—like homework help, STEM, arts and crafts, games and active play. It’s a safe, engaging space where students can learn, build friendships and explore their interests. A light afternoon snack is provided as a part of each child’s tuition, participation is optional.

Registration

A non-refundable registration fee of $55 per child is required every school year. Summer 2027 registration is handled separately.

Preschool Care

An approved Stepping Stones Preschool contract is required prior to registering for Saber Connection at Pearson Early Learning Center. Each child must be able to participate in a 1:10 staff-to-child ratio.

2026-27 School Year K-5 Rates

Consistent Contract Rates

Consistent Contract: Same schedule each week.

Before School (6:30AM to start of school day) = $18.00 per child, per day
After School (end of school day to 6:00PM) = $18.00 per child, per day
Schedule changes require 1-week notice and a $10/child change fee, if approved.
Vacation credit available once per school year (up to 5 consecutive days, within a 2-week period) with 1-week notice.
No refunds for absences.
Drop-in days may be added if space allows (drop-in rate applies).

Pick Your Day Contract Rates

Drop-In Rates & Terms

Families may request a day or session as needed. Families must submit a drop-in request at least 36 hours (excluding weekends) prior to the requested date through their online account.

Drop-In Rate: If space available - must have a current contract to request drop-in.

Before School (6:30AM to start of school day) = $22 per child, per day
After School (picked up after 6:00PM) = $22 per child, per day
For emergency drop-in requests (within 24 hours), please contact the site directly.
Drop-ins are accepted as space allows on a first-come, first-served basis, and availability is not guaranteed. Children may not attend until the request has been approved online.
